Manifestoon Platoon is a duo with Israeli film editor and noise artist Arseni Troitski (aka black dingus) and Brooklyn-based musician and writer Eliot Bates (aka makamqore, kaderci).

We met while co-producing the NYMS livestreamed concert series during lockdown, and soon started sharing sounds and photographic ideas, and performing live networked collaborations. Dangle Statement follows the first iteration of a working artist manifesto which can be seen at manifestoon.org; for us, this helped structure our experiments with form — something we feel is underexplored in modular synthesis.

Our sounds and our available light, anti-pastoralist photographs exist in a feedback loop — one that examines decay and renewal.
